wine is perfectly balanced, displaying fresh lemon and strawberry flavours with
underlying brioche and earthy notes, along with hints of truffle. A finely
structured palate with racy acidity and a long and fine finish.

Fresh green apples with a subtle,
creamy mouth feel. A fine streak of minerality and a long and balanced citrus

Fumé Blanc is the traditional French term for Sauvignon Blanc aged in oak barrels Sauvignon Blanc matured in oak barrels, which gives additional complexity and interest to the variety. Ripe gooseberry fruit with just a touch of smoky complexity. Clean citrus finish.

Naissante 2012 Pinot Gris |

The
fruit for this wine was carefully hand harvested from a mature vineyard located
at the northern end of the Tamar Valley on the western side of the river. The
fruit was whole bunch pressed and fermented with light solids in stainless
steel tank. Ageing on yeast lees has added to the texture and complexity of the
wine.

Hand-harvested from our 29 year old estate, our philosophy is to produce wines that reflect our unique soil and location. Fermented and matured in Burgundian coopered french oak, resulting in an elegant creamy palate with fresh quince and white nectarine characters, a lemony acidity giving great length. This is a unique wine that matches well to a variety of dishes and will reward careful cellaring for up to 7 years.

The Naissante Pinot Noir is certainly emerging from its big brother's shadow, offering a fresher, brighter style suited to drinking now and over the next couple of years. Made with a blend of fruit from the younger estate vines and established local vineyards.

Hand harvested, fermented in open top fermenters, matured in Burgundian coopered French oak.
Fresh strawberry on the nose and intense black cherry on the
palate. Earthy notes. Fine-grained tannin and an elegant structure for a long
life. Will reward careful cellaring for up to 10 years.
