We aim to enhance the wine experience of our members through convenient access to top quality cool climate wines and information. By joining the Delamere Wine Club you can be assured of being kept up to date with all our latest news and developments via our newsletter. You will also be able to take advantage of special offers and discounts available to club members only.

TO JOIN simply complete an order for YOUR selection of any dozen Delamere wines. Place your signature and the date in the section at the bottom of the form indicating you wish to join the Delamere Wine Club to received the 15% discount on your order.

By joining the Wine Club, it will mean that you have agreed to the attached terms and conditions. This means that we will automatically debit your credit card ONCE in your first twelve months of membership and TWICE a year thereafter, with the price of a Wine Club Dozen including your 15% discount.

You are agreeing to us keeping a secure record of your credit card details. You are free to cancel your wine club membership at any time after your first automatic Wine Club Dozen has been received.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

You certify that you are 18 years or older and all the wines you are purchasing are not for resale by a licensed person.

You acknowledge that you will automatically receive a Delamere Wine Club Dozen twice a year. Additionally, you will notify Delamere Vineyards of any change of address details as they occur.

THE WINECLUB The Delamere Wine Club is owned and operated by Latitude Wine Pty Ltd.

CREDIT CARD Credit cards details are provided for the purpose of the Wine Club Dozens costs and other orders you submit only. All details are maintained with strict confidentiality.

AVAILABILITY While we will endeavor to supply you with your requested wines, please understand all wines are available only while stocks last.

PAYMENT We accept Visa and MasterCard and cheques. Where payment is by cheque, payment is not deemed to have been received until the cheque has been cleared by the bank.

MEMBERSHIP COSTS Members will be charged for the cost of the two (2) Club Dozens per year and any additional wine purchases.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION AND CORRESPONDENCE Membership may be cancelled at any time after the first (1) automatic Wine Club Dozen has been delivered. Cancellation must be received in writing or email prior to the next wine pack dispatch.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERIES We endeavour to dispatch all of our wine orders within 5 days of the order being received and the payment details finalised. If there is a substantial delay in sending your order, we will let you know. All deliveries are via Australia Post. Wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address, including Post Office boxes. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box directing you to collect your order at the local Post Office. Delivery will need to be signed for and identification is required. Delivery to capital cities is within 5 - 7 working days.

All orders are insured against physical loss and damage whilst in transit.

Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your delivery.

PRIVACY Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The wine club will NOT sell, distribute or release any of your personal details to any third party organisation. Your details, unless otherwise specified by you, will not be used for any other purpose other than that stipulated for the use of your wine club membership. We will use the details provided by you to process your membership wines only.
